For my first attempt at making dough from scratch I decided to make apple Challah. I followed this recipe from Janae Monir. It turned out great!

Because I wasn’t sure I would succeed on the first try I made two of them. They were quite the hit at the Rosh Hashannah and Yom Kippur.

You can have it plain or with a bit of honey drizzled over…. Yum!
